USPTU is a strong national research center that trains highly qualified specialists for oil and gas and other companies from all over the world. USPTU constantly adopts innovative learning technologies, develops the digital and virtual infrastructure for professional training based on interactive full-scale simulators, computer models and systems. Admission procedure

Submit an online application
Fill in the information in the applicant's personal account using the link. You will receive a reply within 1-2 days. We accept applications starting from May 5, 2022.

Pass entrance exams
Take entrance tests remotely using a personal computer with a webcam. The results will be available within 1-2 days

Receive your contract and pay for tuition.
The admissions manager will send you your contract and tuition fee invoice. You must pay the invoice, sign the contract and send us a PDF copy of the contract.

Submit documents for an invitation
To receive an invitation to enter the country for study purposes, you must contact the admissions manager by email interusptuvisa@mail.ru. The invitation application approval takes up at least 45 days from the date of submission of documents.

Apply for a single-entry study visa
After receiving the invitation, a foreign citizen applies to a diplomatic mission in the country where you plan to receive your visa. The single-entry study visa is valid for 90 days.

After receiving your single-entry study visa, please notify the admissions manager by e-mail interusptuvisa@mail.ru by sending scans of the ticket and visa.
