Obtain the Letter of Acceptance
TUIASI will process your file and will send it to the Ministry of Education for evaluation. It may take up to 30 working days to receive an answer from the Ministry of Education. Once the answer is received, we will inform you about the results. If a positive decision is reached by the Ministry, a Letter of Acceptance is issued and sent to you and at the diplomatic mission.

Obtain study VISA
Based on the Acceptance Letter (and payments where requested), you can apply for the study visa at the Romanian Embassy in your country of origin or the closest Romanian diplomatic mission. Please check visa instructions: http://igi.mai.gov.ro/en/content/studies

Enrollment
The registration is possible only in person. Upon your arrival in Romania, you need to present the originals for all documents submitted online. For registration, the student visa and original study certificates are mandatory, without exception.
The candidates are requested to register between September 14, 2021 – September 30, 2021. Please do all necessary to comply with this deadline.
