Our teaching approach is hands-on and oriented to the real world of business. FHDW is one of the developers and one of the first universities to successfully implement the system of joint education, combining theoretical with practical experience in companies in the form of internships. Company internships are an obligatory part of the course. All of our professors have backgrounds in business, some own companies, and are able to offer our students insights into the real life and challenges of companies. FHDW takes teaching out of the world of the ivory tower and to the cutting edge of theory and business.
