UCSI College Sdn Bhd was started in 2007. In 2012, the academy was accorded college status by the Ministry of Higher Education of Malaysia and subsequently rebranded as UCSI College in December 2015. UCSI College currently welcomes local and international students as part of its growing student body. UCSI College is set up to complement its sister institutions – UCSI University. Here at our college, we offer Pre-University Studies such as Cambridge A-levels, SACE International (previously known as South Australian Matriculation), Foundation in Business, and Foundation in Science; Diploma Programmes; and Undergraduates Programmes covering UK 3+0 Oxford Brookes University Degree programmes, UK Degree Transfer Programme (2+1) and America Degree Transfer Programme, of which all of the partners are ranked World Top 500 at least.

Admission Procedure

Online Application
Fill in online application form & upload required documents at https://www.ucsicollege.edu.my/ucportal/ApplicantLogins.aspx

Application Fee Payment
Make RM 3,000 application fees payment (inclusive of EMGS application fee), to our UCSI College Sdn Bhd bank account and send the payment slip to counsellor.

Conditional Letter of Offer
Upon payment confirmation by the Finance Office and meeting the entry requirements, the Admission Office will issue a Conditional Letter of Offer (CLO) and a scanned copy of the CLO will be emailed to the student. UCSI College will proceed to apply for the E-Visa Approval Letter on behalf of the student. This process will take approximately 8-10 weeks.

Once your student visa has been approved, we will send you the Visa Approval Letter by email. Our counsellor will also provide you the guidelines for pre-arrival procedures.
