Assessment
Assessment will take 3-7 working days (depending on type of application) and outcome will be sent via email.

Fill up the offer letter
Fill up the offer letter, provide proof of payment for initial fee and submit to Monash Finance Help Desk portal

Visa Application
1) Students with prior history of studying in Malaysia will be assisted by Monash ISP directly for Visa Application.
2) Student with no prior history, upon confirmation of acceptance, can submit direct Visa Application with additional documents requested by following the checklist provided. Processing will take 4-8 weeks.

e-Approval Letter
EMGS Visa application status can be checked on portal. Upon obtaining e-Approval Letter, student can enrol units for online studies.
