Admission Procedure

Application
Complete the University Application Form.

Documents
Submit the following documents:
- 8 recent passport size photographs (with BLUE background)
- 2 copies of international passport (all pages, including blank pages – certified)
- 1 copy of academic and professional certificates (should be certified & in English)
- Completed Health Examination Form.
- Non-objection / eligibility letter (Sub Sahara Country only)

Visa
Enclose Visa Processing, Insurance and Medical fees as indicated in your offer letter via bank draft or telegraphic transfer to "Binary University Sdn Bhd." and send all the documents to Binary.

Offer letter
Binary will courier the Visa Approval Letter along with the original Offer Letter to the students once it is approved and received from Immigration. Visa approval usually takes about 21 working days by the Immigration. Visa is valid for 6 months ONLY from approval date. Student must arrive within the 6 month time period.

Fees
According to the Immigration policy all International Students are required to pay 1 year course fees in advance. The fees can be paid via bank draft or telegraphic transfer.

Accomodation
Accommodation is guaranteed to all international students. Students are required to:
- Complete the accommodation request form.
- Students are required to book accommodation at least 3 weeks before departing their country and needs to pay 6 months rental in advance.
