Admission Procedure

Application
Fill relevant application form and submit certified copies of academic qualifications for evaluation.

Offer Letter
Upon meeting admission requirements, an Offer Letter will be sent to you.

Intentions confirmation
In order to confirm your enrolment and to enable the University to submit an application for your Student Visa, the payments of RM 2,400 (USD 600)* is required together with:
- 4 colored passport-size photos with white colour background (3.5cm x 4.5cm)
- 2 sets of Passport Copies all pages including blank pages (Please ensure the copies are clearly copied and all page numbers can be seen clearly)
- EMGS Health Declaration Form

Documents preparation
Your Student Pass application will be submitted to Education Malaysia Global Services (EMGS) for processing. This normally takes 3-4 weeks for approval

Visa
Upon approval, the Student Pass approval letter will be sent to you. Kindly proceed to the nearest Malaysia Embassy to get your Single Entry Visa (SEV) endorsed.

Trip planning
Inform us in writing, at least 7 days before departing for Malaysia about your arrival details for airport pick-up and for confirmation of your accommodation arrangements.
